Stock levels and counts

Check your stock

On Anbar → Qalıq (Stock → On hand) pick the branch — Anbar qalığı (stock on hand) shows. Every movement is recorded under Hərəkətlər (Movements).

Count

1. Open Anbar → Sayım (Stock → Counts).
2. Sayım yarat (Create count) — a draft document opens; enter the quantities you counted.
3. When you're done, Sayımı post et (Post count).

The owner, managers and warehouse staff can count.

Transfers, write-offs and adjustments

Anbar → Əməliyyatlar (Operations):

• Köçürmə (Transfer) — Haradan (from), Hara (to), and Transit if needed.
• Zay (Write-off) — a reason code is required.
• Düzəliş (Adjustment) — a plus or minus difference.
