Service description
YeriPay provides software services for businesses: a sales app for iPhone (Yeri POS), an online menu, a staff app (Yeri OS), a dashboard and reports.
Account registration
Some features require an account. You agree to give accurate, current and complete information when you register and to keep it up to date.
Payment terms
You agree to pay all fees incurred through your use of the services. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We may change our fees with reasonable notice.
Security and compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YeriPay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
