TeamEarly access

Everyone sees only their own job.

Invite staff and give them a position — permissions are checked on the server, and the app opens with a passcode.

From invitation to first shift

In Yeri POS, invite someone by email and choose their position. They open the link, create an account in the app and join your team.
  • An invitation link by email
  • The position is set when you invite
  • The invitation's status in the team list

No passcode, no app

The app asks for a passcode every time it opens and checks it on our server — even when a device changes hands.
  • Each person's own passcode
  • Checked on the server
  • Attempts are limited
