Work with the kitchen display

The kitchen display runs on a kitchen iPad (paired as a shared device). New tickets appear as soon as an order is paid.

Work a ticket

Each ticket has one big button:

1. Accept
2. Start
3. Mark ready — the ticket is ready.
4. Mark served

Tickets show the time, lateness, allergens and seat numbers.

More actions

Under More actions: Hold / Resume, Mark rush, Move to station, Make again (with a reason) and Back to cooking. Bring a finished ticket back with Recall.

Stations

Use Choose stations to pick which stations' tickets this screen shows. Stations are set up in the dashboard.

Sold out

In Sold Out Items choose Mark sold out and say why. When it's back, Back in stock.
