Roles and access

Everyone in Yeri POS has one role; a higher role can do more than a lower one.

The roles

• Super Admin — the business owner. Full access; the only one who invites people.
• Admin — sales and activity, managing the team, taking payments, refunds; everything except owner-level settings.
• Employee — takes payments and sees their own sales and activity.

A member's page

Tap someone in the Team list:

• Access — their role; See Roles & Access lists what each role can do.
• Primary Job Title — from the list or your own.
• Location or OC, Hourly Rate.
• Security → Passcode — set their passcode.

Removing a member and leaving

• Remove from Team shows only when your role is higher than theirs.
• Leave Team — anyone except the owner can leave. Coming back needs a new invitation.
