Messages open when you tap your profile picture at the top right.
- What's New — updates, invitations and notices from Yeri.
- Support Team — your conversation with us. Its status shows Waiting for an agent or when an agent has joined.
- Conversations with your team members.
Start a conversation
- Tap New message.
- Pick a team member and write. You can attach photos, videos and documents.
For older messages, tap Load earlier messages at the top of the conversation. Unread messages show as a badge on your profile picture.
