Make a sale in Yeri POS

A sale starts in Checkout. Type an amount on the keypad or pick items from your Library.

Type an amount

1. In Checkout choose Keypad.
2. Type the amount. Digits fill from the right in cents: typing 1, 2, 5, 0 gives ₼12.50.
3. Need several amounts? Press + to add each one to the sale as its own line.
4. To add a note to the sale, tap Add a note.

Pick from the Library

1. Choose Library and tap an item in your favourites, search, or open the Item list.
2. Add barcoded items with Scan.

Review the sale

1. Tap Review at the bottom.
2. Swipe a line for Edit (quantity and note) or Delete.
3. Use the Sale options menu to add a discount or tax, or to delete all items.

Take the payment

1. Tap Charge — the Select Payment Method panel opens.
2. Choose a method and tap Charge again.

The methods:

• Tap to Pay on iPhone — contactless card payments on iPhone. Separate guide: Accept payments with Tap to Pay on iPhone.
• Cash — you enter what the customer hands over and the app works out the change.
• Internal transaction — for goods that leave without a sale (on the house, staff use, losses). No customer receipt, and it isn't counted as a payment.

When the payment is done, tap Get Receipt to send a receipt, or Done to start the next sale.
